Our H Frame Castles are suitable for Children only.

The H Frame castles are the perfect entertainment with plenty of bounce space to keep your little one's entertained for your party requirements and are especially aesthetically pleasing!

Food, Drink, Shoes, Face Paint and Arts and Crafts are strictly not permitted on any of our equipment.

This castle comes with matching sandbags and crash mats and an extension lead.

Indoor Hire:

Suitable for indoor hire all year round. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable for the size of our castles.

Please ensure there are electricity sockets within 40 metres of preferred set up space.

Outdoor Hire:

Suitable for outdoor hire from May - October. Strictly no outdoor hire outside of these months.

A flat, real grass surface area is required for the castle set up. Unfortunately, we do not set up on artificial grass, concrete, paving, tarmac or decking due to health and safety reasons. Your child's safety is of the utmost importance!

Please ensure there are electricity sockets within 40 metres of preferred set up space.

Up to 6 hours hire - £150

Additional hours hire - £20 per each additional hire

Late Collection fee (After 7pm Collection): £50

Prices include set up and pack down. An additional cost will be applied for delivery upon quote.

Terms & Conditions

Playsoft Play Bounce reserve the right to refuse hire at any point we feel the following regulations have not been adhered to. It is the hirers responsibility to follow these regulations accordingly. If the hirer is in any doubt to the meaning of the following, a representative from Playsoft Play Bounce should immediately be consulted. The hirer will, during the period of hire, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort and the behaviour of any person at any age using the equipment.

Bookings:
  • Hirers must be aged 18 years or over, identification will be required where the hirer may not look the required age.

  • It is the hirers responsibility to check all required dimensions for space needed for our equipment. All our space requirements are clearly stated on each asset type. Upon arrival where equipment will not fit within the desired area. Playsoft Play Bounce reserve the right to 100% of hire costs.

  • Playsoft Play Bounce only hire on flat, grassed areas when it is an outdoor booking. (Please call for hard standing details.)

  • Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee. Whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

  • Playsoft Play Bounce excludes any liability for injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to our terms & conditions.

  • Whilst the equipment is in the hirer’s possession and control. Liability for injuries or other losses caused rests solely with the hirer. It is strongly recommended that the hirer has appropriate public liability insurance, covering his/her liability arising from the use of our equipment.

Booking fees & charges:
  • Booking fees deposit is refundable once the equipment is checked. This will be returned to you within 2-3 days post event. are to be paid immediately, when equipment and dates have been reserved. Playsoft Play Bounce will not hold any dates for equipment without a booking fee paid.

  • Bookings under £200 are subject to normal booking fee of £50 with the cost of your booking due 10 days prior to the event date.

  • Bookings £200 and over are subject to 50% booking fee of total hire costs with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Playsoft Play Bounce require payment in full 10 days prior to the event date for ALL events. Please bear in mind we will not deliver to an unsecured location without the hirer being present.

  • Playsoft Play Bounce will require a call out charge of £35 per hour or part of, if needed to attend any event/premises where fault is not regarded as our own.

  • Any damage to any equipment provided by Playsoft Play Bounce because of negligence on the hirers part, will be charged accordingly.

  • Please treat our equipment with respect, mistreated, overly dirty inflatables when being collected will incur a £35 cleaning charge.

 
Delivery Policy:
  • The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose the area. 

  • If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness, or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process for venues only. However, you can schedule a delivery outside of our normal delivery hours of 6am - 12 noon if you wish.

  • Upon delivery the hirer must sign our hire agreement and pay any remaining balance when accepting delivery of the assets. Playsoft Play Bounce will NOT deliver any assets without the final balance paid either on delivery or prior to event date as in accordance with the above booking fees and charges.

  • Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. You will be liable for the whole hire costs if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.

Inflatable terms of use.:
  • The operator of the inflatable must be a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.

  • This person must ensure the correct age of user is allowed on the inflatable.

  • No smoking on or within close vicinity of the inflatable and its accessories.

  • Do NOT attempt to move the inflatable once secured in position, only trained personnel may move the inflatable.

  • The operator must ensure no more than the recommended number of users are allowed on the inflatable at any one time.

  • The operator must ensure the correct height of user is always adhered to.

  • Socks are to be worn at all times but no shoes, spectacles, sharp object or food allowed on the inflatable whatsoever.

  • Party poppers, streamers or silly string is strictly forbidden on the inflatable. The dye from these objects can stain the equipment. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused by use of these objects on the inflatable.

  • The operator must be positioned at the base of the Inflatable, where the front step is located to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the users. A whistle must be used at the first sight of misbehaviour/horseplay.

  • Acrobatics/summersaults are strictly forbidden on the inflatable. The operator must be aware users must simply bounce up and down with no pushing or climbing on any part of the inflatable.

  • Larger more boisterous children should be separated from smaller ones, using a rotating system for using the inflatable.

  • The operator must ensure the unit remains intact and should regularly inspect the Inflatable and its anchorage for any signs of loosening. In the event of failure, all users are to be safely removed and the inflatable restored to safe operation.

  • Accidents must be reported in the relevant accident book, including dates and accounts of what occurred and signed by the injured third-party representative.

  • Weather conditions are to be monitored, taking the inflatable out of use, when wind speeds exceed 24mph. Heavy rainfall should result in the inflatable being taken out of use and electrical equipment unplugged.

  • The blower is to be checked regularly to ensure it remains in place. In the event of loss of pressure, the operator must check no rubbish is restricting the fan from its operation. No member of public should have any access to the blower or its electric sockets.

  • In the use of petrol blowers, the fuel must be stored in an appropriate container under lock and key. In the event of re-fuelling the inflatable must be deflated and public at a safe distance.

  • Seams and zips must be monitored for any tears.

  • The hirer will be deemed to have inspected the equipment and any accessories and will have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless brought to the attention of Playsoft Play Bounce when erecting the inflatable.

  • The hire period will have been agreed within email prior to delivery of the inflatable. Any obstruction by the hirer or their guests will be charged at £35 per hour or part of.

  • Please treat our equipment with respect, mistreated; overly dirty inflatables, when being collected will incur a £35 cleaning charge.
