  • Which mode of payment to you accept?
    A deposit is required to reserve your booking. After we have our equipment back, this is entirely refundable. 72 hours before your event, the entire cost of your booking is due. Payment will be made through a bank transfer to our company account, the information for which will be provided in the email that confirms your booking.
  • Do you need parking?
    Yes we require adequate parking to allow us to unpack the soft play and the time to set up. If there is not sufficient parking at your venue we will not be able to accept the booking. If the car will need to be parked at a pay and display location this cost will have to be paid by the customer.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes, we are covered by public liability insurance for the services that our company provides. Once a booking is accepted, you will get terms and conditions for using our equipment, which must be agreed to by the customer before delivery of the equipment may take place.
  • Can I have more time the than time allocated to my package?
    If you need more time, we do have hourly rates available. Which you will be made available to you should you wish to add more time to your booking. This is not a problem at all.
  • How far in advance can I book with you?
    Our calendars are 24 months out. We are busy all throughout the year because our events range from weddings to christenings, birthday parties to baby showers, therefore we advise making reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • What is your procedure for cleaning?
    Every piece of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every usage. We use very efficient chemical-free products. While we are aware that our props will be utilized, we do ask that everyone abide by our usage guidelines, which forbid the consumption of food, liquids, or face paint close to our play equipment.
  • Can your equipment be used in any weather?
    Certain weather conditions (winds, rain, etc.) prevent the soft play equipment being used. If it rains on the day of your event we will not be able to set up. Our soft play equipment is not waterproof.
  • Can I rent a selected few of your props instead of the entire package?
    Absolutely! In certain circumstances due to space some items from the packages are not required. I always talk to my customers and we figure out what will work best for them based on what I have available.
  • What's included in each of your package?
    The price of the package includes full setup, delivery use of the equipment. Delivery is not included. We will give you a quote for delivery based on the postcode of the event. Have a look at www.playsoftplay.co.uk/packages
